4.2: Electrical Connections

All wiring for the Shark® 100S is done through the front of the unit (lifting the cover
with the power to the unit OFF) so that the unit can be surface mounted. Connecting
cables exit the unit via two openings in the base plate (see figures 3.6 and 4.1).

ment disconnect device. A SWITCH OR CIRCUIT-BREAKER SHALL BE
INCLUDED IN THE END-USE EQUIPMENT OR BUILDING INSTALLA-
TION. THE SWITCH SHALL BE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE EQUIP-
MENT AND WITHIN EASY REACH OF THE OPERATOR. THE SWITCH
SHALL BE MARKED AS THE DISCONNECTING DEVICE FOR THE
EQUIPMENT.
DO NOT over-torque screws.
