Modify lock trace settings.

Import all scores.

Select memm trace level (0-4).
application name filter for lock traces (empty displays all
lock traces)
Display task IDs when hitting lock time-outs (disabled by

enabled|full}>]

Enable/disable support for /dl/ folder
Select import trace level.
