Cleaining the main gas pump with the gas preparation
option
1.
Remove Philips screw from the plastic pump bracket.
2.
Push the plastic bracket gently aside.
3.
Pull the gas pump upwards out of the gas measuring
block.
4.
Loosen the 4 fastening screws in the pump head of the
main gas pump.
5.
Pull off the pump head.
6.
Remove the two circlips from the depressions of the
pump head (front and rear).
7.
Remove and clean the pump diaphragms (water or
spirit).
8.
If necessary, blow through the inlet and outlet pipes
with compressed air.
9.
Reattach the diaphragms with the circlips.
10. Attach the pump head to the main gas pump and
fasten with the screws.
11. Replace the pump in the gas measuring block and
fasten the pump with Philips screws to the plastic
pump bracket.
12. Put on the upper part of the housing. Ensure that no
cables are trapped.
13. Turn the device over and tighten the 8 Philips screws.
14. Install the filter housing and condensation trap.
