Disconnect the mains plug prior to maintenance.
Opening the analyser box
1. Switch off the device and pull the mains plug..
2. Remove the condensation trap.
3. Unlock the three filter housings.
4. Loosen the 8 Philips screws in the lower part of the
device housing.
5. Turn the device back over and remove the upper part of
the device housing.
Cleaning the main gas pump and the purging pump
1.
Remove Philips screw from the plastic pump bracket.
2.
Push the plastic bracket gently aside.
3.
Pull out the pump carefully.
4.
Take the pump tool from the holder in the handle.
5.
Push the pump tool into the guides of the pump head.
6.
Remove the pump tool from the pump head.
Purging pump
7.
Remove the diaphragm holder from the pump head
and remove the diaphragm.
8.
Clean the pump diaphragm, pump cup and pump head
with spirit or water.
9.
Insert the diaphragm in the diaphragm holder and place
in the pump head.
10. Place pump head on the pump.
11. Remove pump tool.
12. Insert pump in the installation block.
13. Replace the pump in the gas measuring block and
fasten the pump with Philips screws to the plastic
pump bracket.
14. Put on the upper part of the housing. Ensure that no
cables are trapped.
15. Turn the device over and tighten the 8 Philips screws.
16. Install the filter housing and condensation trap.
