Sending a Fax Directly from a Computer

You can send a fax directly from your computer by using the driver.
NOTE:
• Only black and white faxes can be sent using Direct Fax.
• If the specified start time overlaps with the time periods for the available time or the Fax function,
the printer cannot send the delayed fax at the specified time.
• The names of the dialog boxes and the buttons may be different from those given in the following
procedure depending on the application you are using.
• To use this feature, you must install the fax driver that is contained in Software and Documentation
disc.
