Faults without display on the console
Possible cause
Blown fuse.
No power supply to inverter because of
battery undervoltage or overvoltage.
Inverter defective.
Battery depleted.
Blown fuse.
Front cover open.
Emergency stop switch depressed.
No power supply to inverter because of
battery undervoltage or overvoltage.
Inverter defective.
Inform Customer Service.
Leak in the suction section of the high-
pressure pump.
Valves worn.
Burner incorrectly adjusted or soiled.
Solenoid valve fuel defective, diesel fuel is
dripping.
No ignition spark (can be detected through
the sight glass in the burner lid).
Condensation in the nozzle holder.
Fuel pressure too low.
The front cover was opened during the op-
eration.
Safety switch front cover defective.
Emergency stop switch depressed.
High-pressure pump is leaky.
Nozzle is blocked/ washed out.
Operating speed of the motor is too low.
HDS 9/50, HDS 13/35 only:
Speed control defective.
Safety valve is leaky.
Supply lines to the pump are leaky or
clogged.
Supply lines to the pump are leaky.
Detergent dosing valve is closed or leaky/
blocked
Detergent suction hose with filter is leaky
or blocked
Detergent solenoid valve leaky or clogged. Check, clean detergent solenoid valve.
Electronics or detergent solenoid valve is
defective.
Nozzle is blocked
Appliance is decalcified
Overflow valve is defective.
Switching point of the overflow valve has
changed.
Remedy
Replace fuse.
Check battery, charge if necessary.
Replace inverter.
Charge battery.
Replace fuse.
Close front cover.
Unlock the emergency-stop switch by pull-
ing.
Check battery, charge if necessary.
Replace inverter.
Check line system.
Replace valves.
Adjust or clean burner.
Check the solenoid valve; replace solenoid
or solenoid valve if necessary.
Inform Customer Service.
Check, clean the nozzle holder.
Check the fuel pump.
Close front cover.
Check safety switch.
Unlock the emergency-stop switch by pull-
ing.
Note: 3 drops/minute are allowed.
With stronger leak, have device checked
by customer service.
Clean/ replace nozzle.
Check the operating speed of the motor.
Check speed control.
Check the setting; install new washers, if
required.
Check all inlet pipes to the pump.
Check all inlet pipes to the pump.
Open or check/clean detergent dosing
valve.
Check/ clean detergent suction hose with
filter.
Replace electronics or detergent solenoid
valve.
Clean the nozzle.
Decalcify appliance.
Replace overflow valve.
Adjust the overflow valve.
