Unable to Print

For problems caused by applications, contact the manufacturer of respective applications.

Unable to print

The OFF (O) side of the power switch is
pressed.
The printer state shows [OFFLINE].
The power cord is unplugged.
The power supply is cut off.
An error message is displayed.
The cable is disconnected.
The cable has a problem.
A wrong output port is selected in the printer
driver.
The printer is in the sleep mode.
The printer driver is not selected.
The printer icon on Windows shows [OFFLINE].
The printer cable doesn't conform to the
printer cable standards.
The printer may have a problem with its
printing function.
Unable to print (network connection)
A network cable is connected after the printer
is turned on.
The hub and the printer are incompatible.
IP address settings differ between the printer
and the computer.
The printer state in the OKI LPR Utility shows
[Pause].
Unable to print (USB connection)
Other printer drivers that operate via USB
have been installed.
A switching unit, buffer, extension cable, or
USB hub is used.
Memory runs out.
Multiple applications are running
simultaneously.
Press the ON (|) side of the power switch.
Press ON LINE button to display [ONLINE].
Press the OFF side of the power switch, then plug in the power
cord completely.

Check that the outlet has access to power and electricity is not
cut.

Connect the cable.

Replace it if you have a spare printer cable.
In the Properties of the printer driver, check the output port to
which the printer cable is connected.
Press the ON LINE button to have the printer exit the sleep
mode.

If the sleep mode is inconvenient for you, select "DESABLE" for
the sleep mode in "SLEEP" menu from "USER MENU".
Define the printer as [Default].
Right click on the printer icon and remove the checkmark from
[OFFLINE].
Use a cable that conforms to the printer cable standards.

Check if Menu Map of printer settings can be printed.
Turn off the printer, connect the network cable to the printer and
turn on the printer.

Connect your computer directly to the printer with a USB cable.
