The whole area of postcards and envelopes is lightly stained when printed. The periphery of
characters gets stained when rubbed.
Toner may lightly stain (fogging) to
the whole area of postcards and
envelopes.
Toner comes off when rubbed.
The settings of thickness or type of the paper
are incorrect.
Recycled paper is being used.
The lower part of printed pages is faded, or a difference in density between the lower part and the
upper part of the pages is noticeable.
Differences in density of pages printed at a
high density are sometimes noticeable.
When characters are printed using a PS printer driver, the font of them is different from the one
confirmed on a screen.
The file uses a font that doesn't exist in your
system.
This is not a malfunction of the printer.
Set a proper value for [MEDIATYPE] and [MEDIAWEIGHT] in [MEDIA
MENU], or set one value thicker for [MEDIAWEIGHT].
