Printing
There are 4 Feed trays of Tray1, Tray2 (option), Tray3 (option) (B840dn only), and Multi-purpose tray.
Plain paper is printed from any trays.
Postcards, envelopes, and labels are printed from the multi-purpose tray.
Manual feed printing is available from the multi-purpose tray.

Set paper size.
For the paper cassette (Tray1, Tray2, Tray3)

Take out the paper cassette and adjust
the paper guide and paper stopper to the
paper size and then hold it.
• When the paper cassette is taken out, it

stops at a certain position.
• When taking the paper cassette out of the
printer, lift the front of the paper cassette
and take it out.
• When using paper larger than A4, extract
the rear side of the paper cassette of
Tray1.

Align the top, bottom, right and left
edges of paper, and load the paper into
the paper cassette with the printed side
down.
