Check the second and third tray
units are properly installed.

Configure the second and third

When your computer has no printer drivers installed

Select [Start]-[Control Panel]-[Printers
and Other Hardware]-[Printers and
Faxes].

Right-click the [OKI B840 (PS)] icon and
select [Properties].

Tray] under [Installable Options] on [Device
Settings] tab.

In Windows 8.1/Windows Server 2012
R2/Windows 8/Windows Server 2012,
select [Control Panel] - [Hardware and
Sound] - [Devices and Printers].
In Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2,
select [Start] – [Devices and Printers].
In Windows Vista/Windows Server 2008,
choose [Start] – [Control Panel] – select
[Printer] under [Hardware and Sound] on
the [Control Panel Homepage].
In Windows XP, select [Start] – [Control
Panel] – [Printers and Other Hardware] –
[Printers and Faxes].

[Printers and Faxes].

Right-click [OKI B840 (PCL)] or the [OKI
B820] icon and select [Printer properties].

Set the added tray from [Paper Tray
Installed] in [Device Options] tab.
