jitter.
A QAM temperature has exceeded an acceptable threshold.
Major A QAM has lost NCO Lock.
Major Active system release is invalid.
Major Backup DT Alarm: Port failover or backup port not

Major Input rate on provisioned QAM BW exceeds QAM capacity.
Major Unlicensed feature in use.
