Pennant
The pennant is attached to the top of the back tubes, no matter on which side.
Using a size 6 Allen wrench, loosen the two screws on one side of the uppermost back strap
and attach the pennant holder between the back strap and screws.

Bumper bar
The bumper bar is attached at the front to the caster attachment devices.
First remove the two protective caps from the caster attachment devices.
Now replace the mounting nut with the threaded rod and screw it in place.
Position the eyelet of the bumper bar on the caster attachment device as shown on the photo.
Attach the bumper bar with the supplied screws.
Reattach the plastic protective caps to the caster attachment devices.
