Troubleshooting Digital Extensions

Verify the ESIU blade
is functioning.
Status LED on
the ESIU blade
flashing green?
Verify whether a digital
keyset works.
Connect a test
terminal to a port
using another
modular jack. Does
the terminal work?
Verify the wiring
between the chassis
and the keyset.
Verify the connection
to the EXIFU if two
chassis are used.
Connect the terminal
directly to the
connector on the
ESIU. Does it work?
Connect another
terminal to the
same port on the
ESIU. Does it work?
The terminal may
