24.1 High-speed Counter Function
Description
Set the counter CH of coincidence output target.
Set comparison type.
Sets output destination device for output comparison
results of comparison value 1 and comparison value 2.
Sets the specification method of comparison value 1.
Sets value (comparison value 1) to be compared with
current value of high-speed counter. (When direct
specification is selected)
Sets device (comparison value 1) to be compared with
current value of high-speed counter. (When indirect
specification is selected)
If band comparison is set to comparison type, sets the
specification method of comparison value 2.
If band comparison is set to comparison type, sets value
(comparison value 2) to be compared with current value
of high-speed counter. (When direct specification is
selected)
If band comparison is set to comparison type, sets
device (comparison value 2) to be compared with
current value of high-speed counter. (When indirect
specification is selected)
