24.3 Pulse Width Measurement Function
Description
These flags turn ON at the end of the 1st pulse width
measurement on the target channel. (They remain ON during
measurement in the always measurement mode.)
The measurement mode of the target channel can be checked by
these flags. (To change the measurement mode during operation,
use this special relay.)
OFF: Always measurement mode
ON: 1 time measurement mode
The ring counter value when the rising edge is detected is stored.
The ring counter value when the falling edge is detected is stored.
The latest value of the pulse width is stored.
The maximum value of the pulse width is stored.
The minimum value of the pulse width is stored.
The latest value of the period is stored.
The maximum value of the period is stored.
The minimum value of the period is stored.
The ring counter value when the rising edge is detected is stored.
The ring counter value when the falling edge is detected is stored.
The latest value of the pulse width is stored.
The maximum value of the pulse width is stored.
The minimum value of the pulse width is stored.
The latest value of the period is stored.
