Functional diagrams for other timer logics

The configuration also includes overcurrent operate and earth-fault operate logic. The
operate logics are connected to minimum pulse timer TPGAPC for setting the
minimum pulse length for the outputs. The output from TPGAPC is connected to the
binary outputs.
