Chapter 2 Installation and Wiring
In 35R5GB and above models, analog output terminal AO1 /AO2 external connecting analog meter can indicate a
variety of physical quantities. Slide switch SW2/SW5 select the output voltage (0/2 ~ 10V) or the output current (0/4
~ 20mA). The wiring of terminals is shown in Fig. 2-16:

1) Dialing SW1, SW2, SW3 SW4 SW5to "I" represents current, dialing to "V" represents voltage.
2) Analog input and output signals are easily disturbed by exterior environment, so shielded cables must be used
for wiring and the length of the cables should be as short as possible.
3) When an analog output equipment be connected to the inverter, sometimes because of error act because of
interference cased by the analog output equipment or the inverter, when which happened, a 0.01~0.1uF/50V
capacitor or a ferrite bead (enwind 3 laps) could be connected to the analog output equipment.
● Input multi-function terminal wiring
The multi-function input terminals of this series of inverters adopt full bridge rectifier circuits. PLC is X1 ~ X6 (X1
~ X5 are exclusive for 3004GB and below models) common terminals, and is connected with 24V through JP1 while
leaving the factory; PLC1 is X7 ~ X10 common terminals on extension board, and is connected with ]24V1 through
JP1 with the typical mode of connection as follows:

1) 24V internal power of the inverter is used. The modes of connection are shown in Fig. 2-17 (control board) and
Fig. 2-18 (extension board).

2) An external power is used with the mode of connection shown in Fig. 2-19 (control board) and Fig. 2-20
(extension board).
