13: FRE Free stopping
 When defining terminal of the function is active, the inverter immediately locks PWM output, and exits
running state. Only during FRE releasing, the run command takes effect. Once the function is defined, no
matter the control mode (P0.07) is what, the function is active and is not subject to the limit of stop mode
(P1.10).
14: Forced stopping (based on deceleration time of abnormal stopping); 36: Forced stopping normally closed
 Shut down slowly at deceleration time of abnormal stopping, it is subject to the limit of stop mode (P1.10).
15: Stopping process plus DC braking
