If you have entered a number different from the one you set in step 7, you must set the
password over again. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until the Register Dept. ID menu appears.

NOTE
Press and hold down [ ] or [ ] to quickly and continuously scroll through the registered
Department IDs. Continuous scrolling is useful when a number of Department IDs are
registered.

The password is set, and the screen returns
to the Register Dept. ID menu.

and password before moving on to specify
Limit Settings, repeat steps 4 to 9.
