Do this...
4.13 Observe the voltage.
4.14 On the Test Fixture set the switch to 20 Ohms.
4.15 On the Test Fixture set the switch to 27 Ohms.
4.16 Remove the charger load Test Fixture.
4.17 Connect the universal cable to the Impulse
4000.
4.18 Press the ENERGY SELECT UP ARROW
button until 200J is displayed.
4.19 Press the CHARGE button and start timing with
a stopwatch. Stop timing when the SHOCK
button illuminates.
4.20 Press the ENERGY DOWN ARROW button.
Record your results on the Maintenance Test Checklist.

Verify the charger voltage is 11.97V-12.43V.
Verify the charger voltage is 9.50V-11.87V.
Verify the charger voltage is 11.97V-12.43V.
Verify 200J is displayed.
Verify charge time is between 3-10 seconds.
Verify the unit internally discharged.
