Turning Off Accounting

You can temporarily turn off the Departmental Accounting whenever
you wish.
NOTE: You will not be tracking postage by account when this
feature is turned off.
1. Press Options.
2. Select "Accounts"
3. If the supervisor password is enabled, you will be prompted to
enter it and select "OK" to continue.
4. When prompted, select "Account Type: .....".
5. Select "Turn Accounting OFF". Press Home to return to the
home screen with no account displayed.

Selecting an Account

You can select an account to track postage if the optional
departmental accounting feature has been bought and turned on.
Refer to Page 3-10 of this guide for information about selecting an
account.
