Connecting Your System to a LAN

The requirements for LAN connection in the table on the previous
page will allow simple plug-and-play connection of your system. If
you cannot meet these requirements, more detailed information on
LAN requirements and alternative configurations are given in a guide
which you can download. Visit www.europe.pb.com/docs and enter
the reference number 8026.
DM300M and DM400M
1. Turn off power to the System.
2. Plug the Ethernet cable into your router or network wall socket.
3. Attach the Network Adapter to the Ethernet cable and then plug
the Network Adapter into one of the USB Ports on the Mailing
System using the short USB cable that comes with the Adapter.
4. Turn the System power back on.

1. Turn off power to the System.
2. Plug the Ethernet cable into your router or network wall socket.
3. Plug the other end of the cable into the LAN port on the rear of
the system.
4. Turn the System power back on.
