10 • Reports
Overview of Reports
Your system allows you to print reports for funds usage, postage
refills, postage tracked by account, and other valuable data. The
reports are accessed by pressing Options and selecting "Reports".
NOTE: The accounting reports described in this chapter are
available if the Departmental Accounting feature is turned on. If
INVIEW accounting is in use, refer to Chapter 12 - INVIEW / Budget
Manager Accounting for details of the accounting reports available.
Last 5 Refills Report
This report lists the last 5 postage refills.
1. Press Options.
2. Select "Reports".
3. Select "Last 5 Refills" report.
4. When prompted, insert tape sheet or envelope into machine. The
report is printed.
NOTE: If it is a multi-page report, you will be prompted to insert
another envelope/tape sheet.
5. Select "Yes" to return to the Reports Menu, or press "No" to
return to the Home screen.
Funds Report
This report lists the postage used, postage available, pieces
processed, and other information about your machine usage.
1. Press Options.
2. Select "Reports".
3. Select "Funds Report".
4. When prompted, insert envelope into machine or Press Tape.
The report is printed.
NOTE: If it is a multi-page report, you will be prompted to insert
another envelope/tape sheet.
5. Select "Yes" to return to the Reports Menu, or press "No" to
return to the Home screen.
