Forward And Direct Clutch Sub-Assemblies
10. Install the proper sun gear shell over the entire
assembly, as shown in Figure 130.
11. Hold the completed assembly together and roll
complete assembly over so that it is setting on
the sun gear, as shown in Figure 131.
12. Install the number 8B thrust washer onto the
forward clutch drum surface, in the direction
shown in Figure 131.

13. Install the installation tool onto the complete
assembly, as shown in Figure 131, and set the
completed assembly aside for final assembly.
