Change of bottom

1. Remove the holder complete in accordance
with the section "Holder complete - Chang-
ing holder complete"
2. Dismantle the shock absorbers in accordance
with steps 2 to 6 in the section

3. W640, W650 and W660: Dismantle the mo-
tor control board in accordance with steps 2
to 5 in the section "Motor - Changing motor
control board".
4. W660: Dismantle the overflow protection in
accordance with steps 1 to 3 in the section
"Bottom - Changing overflow
5. Early models: the hole is marked out on the
bottom.
6. Cut off the rivets between the bottom and
side panels.
7. Remove the two screws which secure the lo-
wer cover or the front plate in the bottom.
8. Lift the side panels with the front plate etc.
9. Install 6 clips on the side panel bottom edges.
10. Early models: Drill a 6.5 mm diameter hole
in the bottom at the marking.
11. Secure the side panels to the new bottom.
12. W660: Install the overflow protection in ac-
cordance with steps 4 to 6 in the section

13. W640, W650 and W660: Install the motor
control board in accordance with steps 6 to 9
in the section "Motor - Changing the motor
control board".
14. Install the shock absorbers in accordance with
steps 7 to 9 in the section

15. Install the holder complete in accordance with
