Changing the volume chamber (W660)

1. Remove the top cover by first removing the 3
screws at the rear edge and then lifting the cover
off.
2. Remove the rear panel by first removing the
12 screws around it and then lifting it off.
3. Remove the drain hoses by undoing the hose
clips.
4. Remove the air hose.
5. Remove the volume chamber by first remo-
ving the screw in the cross member and then
lifting out the volume chamber.
IMPORTANT
There will be water in the volume chamber that
cannot be emptied out by draining the machine.
6. Place the new volume chamber in the hole in
the cross member and secure it with the screw.
7. Install the air hose.
8. Secure the drain hoses to the volume cham-
ber with hose clips.
9. Install the rear panel by hanging it on the 2
hooks on the top edge and then securing its
edges with the 12 screws.
10. Fit the top cover.
IMPORTANT
Don't forget the 2 star washers for the outermost
screws.
