Changing the v-ring cassette

1. Remove the drum in accordance with the sec-
tion "Drum - Remove...".
2. Remove the v-ring cassette with a screwdri-
ver.
3 Put the tool into the bearing housing from
the rear of the machine.
4 Put the new v-ring cassette on to the special
tool, inside the holder with its white side fa-
ces outwards. Then put the washer on the tool
with the flat side facing the cassette.
5 Fit the nut and force the v-ring cassette into
place by tightening the nut.
IMPORTANT
The v-ring cassette must be properly pressed in,
to prevent leakage or v-ring squeaking.
6. Remove the nut and remove the special tool.
7. Install the drum in accordance with the sec-
tion "Drum - Installing...".
