Changing the PCU program control board and
its holder (W640, W650 and W660)
WARNING
An earthed EMC wristband must be worn at all
times when working with electronic components
to prevent damage to them.
1. Remove the top cover by first removing the 3
screws at the rear edge and then lifting the cover
off.
2. Remove the board by pressing in the 2 plastic
clips.
3. Remove the terminal block.
4. Lift up the program control board.
5. Remove the 2 plastic catches on the undersi-
de of the bridge piece and lift up the holder.
6. Install the holder by pushing it in until the
catches clip on to the plate..
7. Offer up the new board and press it into pla-
ce.
8. Connect the wiring and terminal block.
9. Fit the top cover.
IMPORTENT
Don't forget the 2 star washers for the outermost
screws.
