3-18. Faulty HVPS CR (CD)

Step
1 Check parts with different specifications for problems with
usage, defective installation, breakage, deformation, and adhe-
sion of grime or foreign matter.
• Main parts to be checked:
(1) HVPS, (2) MCU PCB, (3) Earth plate assy
(4) Harness assy HVPS, (5) LVPS assy
2 (Check power supply of HVPS)
Is 24 VDC being supplied between P15-7PIN
3 (Check earth plate assy)
Is there conductivity between the CR terminal (plate spring) of
the earth plate assy and the corresponding terminal (J CR) on
the harness?
4 (Check harness assy HVPS)
Is there conductivity between J15
5 (Check replacement of MCU PCB)
Does the problem occur after the MCU PCB has been replaced
with a normal one?
