1 (Faulty setting of the paper)
Have the paper cassette and paper been set properly in posi-
tion?
2 (Faulty EPX toner cartridge)
Does the problem stop occurring when the EPX toner cartridge
is replaced with a new one?
3 (Problem with paper transport path)
Are there any irregularities such as burrs, foreign matter, or
grime on the paper transport path?
4 (Problem with the roll which feeds paper)
Are there any irregularities such as foreign matter, grime,
deformation, or faulty operation with the paper transport roll?
Skewing of the print
(This refers to printing in which the print is slanted.)
Check parts with different specifications for problems with usage, defective
installation, breakage, deformation, and adhesion of grime or foreign matter.
• Main parts to be checked:
(1) EPX toner cartridge, (2) BTR assy, (3) Trans. chute assy
(4) Inlet chute assy, (5) Pick up roll assy, (6) Lower chute assy
(7) Paper cassette, (8) Feeder assy, (9) Optional feeder unit
(10) Bottom plate assy, (11) Multi-purpose tray, (12) ROS assy
