Does the problem occur even if the paper is replaced with new
paper?
2 (Faulty heat roll)
Are there any scratches, foreign matter, grime, or other irregu-
larities on the heat roll?
3 Are there any scratches, foreign matter, grime, or other irregu-
larities on the pressure roll?
Faulty fusing
(This refers to printing in which the printed image can be rubbed off easily by
touching it.)
Check parts with different specifications for problems with usage, defective
installation, breakage, deformation, and adhesion of grime or foreign matter.
• Main parts to be checked:
(1) Fuser assy, (2) Heat roll, (3) Pressure roll, (4) MCU PCB
(5) Front plate assy, (6) Front cover assy
