3-14. Faulty Pick Up Solenoid

Step
1 Check parts with different specifications for problems with
usage, defective installation, breakage, deformation, and adhe-
sion of grime or foreign matter.
• Main parts to be checked:
(1) Pick up solenoid, (2) MCU PCB, (3) LVPS assy
2 (Check power supply of pick up solenoid) *1
Is 24 VDC being supplied between P/J17-1PIN
2PIN?
3 (Check pick up solenoid ON signal)
Is there conductivity at approximately 120 Ω between J17-
↔
1PIN J17-2PIN?
4 (Check pick up solenoid) *1
Is 24 VDC being supplied between P/J17-2PIN
2PIN?
5 (Check harness assy solenoid)
Is there conductivity between J17
*1: Check with the connector (P/J111) disconnected from the HVPS.
