3-1. Faulty LVPS Assy 5VDC

Step
1 Check parts with different specifications for problems with
usage, defective installation, breakage, and deformation.
• Main parts to be checked:
(1) MCU PCB, (2) LVPS assy
2 (Check LVPS assy)
Is 5 VDC being supplied between the following?

J11-5PIN
↔
J11-6PIN
• Check before the output is stopped by the no-load status of the
LVPS assy (within 30 seconds of the power being turned on).

3-2. Faulty LVPS Assy 24VDC

Step
1 Check parts with different specifications for problems with
usage, defective installation, breakage, and deformation.
• Main parts to be checked:
(1) MCU PCB, (2) LVPS assy
2 (Check LVPS assy)
Is 24 VDC being supplied between the following?

• Check before the output is stopped by the no-load status of the
LVPS assy (within 30 seconds of the power being turned on).
3 (Check interlock switch of LVPS assy)
Is 24 VDC being supplied with the interlock switch on, and 0
VDC with the interlock switch off, between the following?
