Two-position switch

The two-position switches with the Order No. # 7 5750
can be installed in the wells P and / or K. Once in-
stalled, they must be connected to the appropriate
sockets on the left or right corner unit:
Corner unit with socket for switches P and K
(illustration shows switch P)
The switches can be used directly as controls P and /
or K in the menus ¡Assignment, Switches and
¡Assignment, Controls. No software assignment
is required for the Extra Sw.

Model templates in detail

21.1.

Fixed-wing model aircraft

The next two steps must always be carried out
when you are setting up a new fixed-wing model:
a. Check stick functions (aileron / elevator / rudder).
Select different stick mode if necessary:
L, Assignment, Mode
b. Check direction of servo rotation for all functions
Reverse servo directions if necessary (REVERSE):
K, Calibrate, select servo,
Parameter á.
Note regarding V-tail models:
If your model is fitted with a V-tail, change the As-
signment in the menu K Servo as follows:
Elevator or ELEVATR+
replace with V-TAIL+,
Rudder
replace with V-TAIL+.

The descriptions in the model templates will
only be correct if the mixer definitions and the
transmitter control and switch assignments still
match the factory default settings.
Details in the model template descriptions.
The following points are listed in the descriptions:
Suitable for:
Model category, and several models as examples of
what can be operated using the template in question.
Assigned transmitter controls and switches:
Transmitter control and switch functions assigned by
default. The standard settings are as follows:
Transmitter Controls to 100%,
D/R (Dual Rate) to 100%,
Expo to 0%.
Assigned servos / receiver outputs:
What is controlled using which receiver output or
servo. When setting up a New model you can choose
any of four different servo configurations.

To avoid the illustrations becoming too clut-
tered, the four possible assignments are grouped
together in the summary ( 21.3.) "Servo configu-
rations".
Timer settings:
How the Timers in the model template are prepared,
and the method of controlling them.
Additional functions:
E.g. Tow rel. in the model template GLIDER.
Fine-tuning:
What must and can be checked or adjusted when you
are setting up a model in the model memory.
Mixers:
Summary of the default Mixer facilities.
