Setting up a model helicopter

13.1.

The method in principle

In our example we will set up a model memory for a
helicopter with 120° CCPM rotor head and electric
power system.
The following steps are necessary to ensure that the
model's working systems operate correctly:
a. Set up a new model in the transmitter
b. Prepare the transmitter controls / switches 13.3.
c. Check / change the servo assignment
d. Check and adjust the main rotor
e. Check and adjust the tail rotor
Once you have completed these five steps, you will be
able to control the model's basic functions - roll, pitch,
yaw and throttle / collective pitch.
At this point we can expand and refine the set-up:
f. Working with flight phases
Assign switches
Unlock / lock / name flight phases
Set up transition times
Set the correct values.
