•Remove the screw of the tightening
plug (1 – F.39) and the springs (2).
•Press the unidirectional cam (3) of
the timing chain tightener and insert
the tightener rod (4) to the end.
•Fit the tightener with a new gasket
( 5 ) i n t h e c y l i n d e r .
•Fit the springs (2) and the plug screw
( 1 ) .
•Tighten the screws (with gasket)
according to the tightening torque:

e introducir el vástago del tensor (4)
hasta el tope.
•Montar el tensor con una nueva

•Montar los muelles (2) y el tornillo
del tapón (1).
•Apretar los tornillos (con guarnición)
según al par de torsión: 6,5 Nm.
