DIMENSIONAL FRAME
CHECK
• In case the frame is thought to be
distorted, even if only slightly,
following on an accident, it is
imperative that a dimensional check
be made before proceeding with any
repairs or settings.
• Check that the distance (F. 37):
• A tolerance of ± 2 mm is acceptable.
If the measured value is not within
this tolerance, the whole frame must
be replaced.
Do not deform the frame in
order to re-establish the
original distances "A" and "B".

• Si le motocycle a subi un accident à
la suite duquel vous "soupçonnez"
l'existence d'une déformation, même
légère, du cadre, il est absolument
indispensable d'effectuer un contrô-
le dimensionnel avant toute autre in-
tervention de "restructuration et de
mise au point".
• La cote de contrôle (F. 37):
A = 1210 2 mm - B = 952,5
±
• La cote mesurée pourra présenter
une tolérance de ± 2 mm.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, remplacer
entièrement le cadre.
Ne pas déformer le châssis,
pour rétablir les cotes "A" et
"B" originales.

CHASIS
• Si el vehículo a motor ha tenido un
accidente, y se "sospecha" que por
su causa existe una deformación, in-
cluso leve, del chasis. Es absoluta-
mente indispensable llevar a cabo un
control de las dimensiones antes de
cualquier otra intervención de "ree-
structuración y puesta a punto".
• La medida de control (F. 37):

• La medida registrada podrá tener un
margen de tolerancia de ± 2 mm. En
caso contrario llevar a cabo la
sustitución completa del chasis.
No deformar el chasis para
restablecer las medidas "A" y
"B" originales.
