1.7 Removing and installing front belt buck‐
le with belt switch -E24- / -E25-
Note
Removal and installation is described for left side of vehicle. Fol‐
low same instructions for removal and installation of belt buckle
on right side as appropriate.
Removing
– Mount seat repair stand -VAS 6136- on engine and gearbox
support -VAS 6095- .
– Remove front seat ⇒ page 244
– Fasten seat on seat repair stand -VAS 6136- .
– Position seat in rearmost seat position.
Seat with manual height adjustment:
– Detach wiring harness -1- from seat frame.
– Guide wiring harness -1- out of seat wiring harness -2-.
