Utilities
Touch the Utilities button on the header to activate the
Utilities screen. It is displayed with five options on a sub-
menu toolbar directly below the header.
Each of these options is accessed with the touch of its
corresponding button. These are:

I/O Setup
Provides options for changing states on
valves, sensors, vacuum , and setup files.

Options
Provides navigation options for I/O, setup,
parts and graphics files.

Test Vacuum – Touch the Test Vacuum button while a
test for vacuum function is made.
Test Valves – Touch the Test Valves button, and a Test
Valves pop-up window appears allowing each valve to be
tested for its extend and retract functions..
Clear All – Touch the Clear All button to remove all
programming for valves and valve sensors.

Provides settings for user and group

PLC I/O Status
Provides status of connected
I/O.
Vacuum can be started manually or automatically.
Which method should be used?
Manual – Typically a manual start method is used when
vacuum is required on the lower part of the tool. This is
also referred to as bottom loading.
Auto - Typically an auto start is used when vacuum is
required on the upper part of the tool. This is also called
top loading.
