Start Calibration Button: This is used to calibrate
the proportional relief valve. Calibration is done at the
factory and there is no need to calibrate unless a valve is
replaced. Refer to Figure 6-41 below.
Make two wood stacks and position one on the left

Press the Start Calibration button. The door will

automatically close.
The software will increase the pressure until (PSI

feedback) reaches 1500psi or the system times out.
When finished, the lift-table comes down and the

front door will open.
Move the lift-table up and observe the (Force

Across Part) should typically read with-in (+/-
100) pounds of programmed Hold Force. Test
your force at these values 1000, 1500, 3000, 4500
and 5000lbs. In valve calibration mode the Hold
Force is used to test the calibration.
