Within the Security screen there are many choices for
security settings. Each has data entry fields to set specific
login identities and privileges for Users, Groups, and
Special.
- Several choices are available to enter user
Users
names. Names can be typed into either the data entry field
directly under Users, or in the User Name field at the
bottom of the page.
• To Enter User -
1. Type desired name in either of the data fields
mentioned.
2. Select access level in Member Group.
3. Type password into data field and again in the
next data field to confirm.
4. Press Add User.
• To Modify User -
1. Highlight user name.
2. Make desired modifications.
3. Press Modify User.
• To Delete User -
1. Highlight user name.
2. Press Delete User.
3. Confirm by pressing Yes on popup box. Press No
if a mistake was made.

The Security Enable checkbox is always checked,
or ON when the machine is turned on.
Authorized users who have access rights to manage
security features can check it off and disable all
restrictions.
The default state for the checkbox is checked, or
ON. When the box is 'checked on', all security
restrictions are active, and only authorized personnel
can work with the machine.
All persons will have to log on to the machine before
having access. The set of features available to each
user will depend on the group each person belongs
to.
When the checkbox is unchecked, all security
restrictions are disabled, and any person can work on
the machine without restrictions
