Release Phase

The lift table now lowers to its starting or load position
as illustrated in Figure 5- 4 . At the same time, the access
door begins to open. Again, the area protected by the
light curtain cannot be penetrated until the access door
is fully open. If the protected area is penetrated during
the door transition, the welder will immediately stop and
must be reset.

Parts Removed

Once the access door is fully open and the table is at the
load position, the IN CYCLE light will stop flashing. Now
the assembled part can be removed as illustrated in Figure
5-5. A new set of parts is installed in the tooling, and the
weld cycle can be started again.
