History
The History popup window is accessed from the Operate
screen via the Operate push button on the header. The
History push button is located midway on the left side of
the Operate screen.

The History screen can display cycle data up to 24 hours.
A new history file is created every 24 hours.
Data displayed includes:
• Part Count • Weld Time • Hold Time • Actual Force
• Total Collapse • Peak Amplitude • Units
Saving the History Data –
Refer to Page 74 of this manual for reference to the in-
structions for setting directory locations for setup, part
and graphics files which also serve as system history files.
Part history files are created and stored every 24 hours in
one of the directories noted in the Utilities screen. Graphics
files are created and stored every cycle.
Select the Options push button.
The standard directory structure is to direct Setup and I/O
Setup files to be saved in directories in the root directory
named *_Setups and Parts and Graphics files saved in
directories in the root directory named *_Logs.
All files can be copied to a USB storage device using stan-
dard windows procedures.
