Leveling
The vibration welder is leveled at the factory. The feet
are self-leveling to an extent. If your floor is close to
level, no adjustment should be required. You should,
however, check the lift table with a 3-foot carpenter's
level to verify the trueness of the machine's level. We
recommend that the vibration welder be leveled to within
one–half degree. One-half degree corresponds to approxi-
mately five-sixteenths of an inch vertical deviation across
36 inches, or 9mm over 1000mm (Tan 0.5° = 0.00873).
If any adjustment is required, the feet have lock nuts on
threaded studs to level the welder.
