Tool Bar - Quick Look

Time and Date: Shows current
time and date. Press button to
change these parameters.
Dual-function Button:
Run Mode/Setup Mode.
Table Up, Table Down buttons
control raising or lowering the
lower fixture table.
Machine Reset - Brings the
welder to a starting point.
Alarms - Provides access to a
list of alarms. Indicator light is
RED when there is an alarm.
Help - Provides help for the
feature being used.

Help

A Context Help key is located near the bottom of the tool
bar. Touch this key for helpful information.
The help displayed is context-sensitive meaning that it
relates to whatever is shown on the control panel's main
screen.\
The Figure to the right shows that while in Setup mode,
and while using the Operate screen, the Context Help but-
ton was pressed.

Communications Status - PLC Icon
with GREEN background = OK;RED
background = Problem.
Push button for Communications Panel.
Logged In - Who is currently
logged in.
Sliding Door - Control opening
and closing the front door.
Indicator Lights - Light turns
GREEN when table is moving.
Language - Choose a pri-
mary and secondary display
language.
Hydraulic Unit - Indicator
light turns GREEN when unit
is on.
Shut Down - Press button
to properly shut down the PC
before powering down the
welder.
