Utilities > Dukane > Calibration XDUC
Touch the Calibration XDUC (Position Transducer)
button at the top of the Utilities screen, to activate the
calibration screen shown in Figure 6-39 below.

Calibration Sequence
1. Remove the tool before calibrating.
Use Table Up/Down touch keys to control the table.
2. Raise the table until it stops.
3. Press the accept button and the right cycle start switch
shown as item H in Figure 4-2.
4. Lower the table until it stops.
5. Press the accept button and the right cycle start switch
shown as item H in Figure 4-2.

Table Up
Voltage Delay –
detect normal operating voltage before the Voltage Over-
load alarm is triggered
Current Delay –
PLC to detect normal operating current before Current
Overload alarm is triggered.
Table Down
Feedback Delay –
PLC to detect a feedback signal, before No Feedback
