4. Install:
-Fuel tank
-Cover
-Air scoops
- Side covers
-Seat
Bolt (seat):
10 Nm (1 .Om·kg. 7.2 ft·lb)
SPARK PLUG INSPECTION
1. Remove:
-Seat
- Side covers
-Air scoops
- Cover (fuel tank)
- Fuel tank
Refer to the "SEAT. FUEL TANK AND
COVER" section .
2. Disconnect:
- Spark plug cap
3. Remove:
-Spark plug
When removing the spark plug. use caution
to prevent an object from falling into the
engine .
4. Inspect:
- Spark plug type
I ncorrect--> Replace .
Standard spark plug:
DPR8EA-9 (N .G.KI. X24EPR-U9 (N.D.)
5. Inspect:
- Electrode
CD
Wear / Damage --> Replace.
-Insulator
®
Abnormal color--> Replace.
Normal color is a medium-to-light tan
color .
