5.Place the baffle cover over the carburetor •
assembly.
6.lnstall:
3- 24
• Air filter case
• Fuel tank
• Side panels (left and right)
• Passenger seat •
• Rider seat
Refer to "VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUST-
MENT", "FUEL TANK" and "SEATS" .
SPARK PLUG INSPECTION
1.Remove:
• Spark plug caps
• Spark plugs
Before removing the spark plugs, use com-
pressed air to blow away any dirt accumu-
lated in the spark plug wells, to prevent the
dirt from falling into the cylinders.
2.Check:
• Spark plug type
Incorrect

Replace.
Standard spark plug:
DRSEA (NGK)
X24ESR-U (NIPPONDENSO)
