INSTALLATION
Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedures. Note the
following points.
1. Install:
• Carburetor assembly
Screw (clamp):
2 Nm (0.2 mokg, 1.4 ftolb)
2. Install:
e Carburetor joint to carburetor by moving
air filter case forward.
eAir filter case (on to projection
CD)
e Bolts (air filter case)
®
Bolt (air filter case):
10Nm (1.0 mokg, 7.2 ft°lb)
Screw (clamp)
@:
2Nm (0.2 mokg, 1.4ft°lb)
3. Install:
e Throttle cable
CD
4. Adjust:
eThrottle cable free play
Refer to the "THROTTLE CABLE FREE
PLAY ADJUSTMENT"" section in the
CHAPTER 3.
Throttle cable free play:
3"-'5 mm (0.12 "-'0.20 in)
