6. Remove :
- Damper rod
CD
- Rebound spring
CV
7. Remove :
-Inner fork tube

Removal steps:
• Hold the fork leg horizontally .
• Pull out the inner fork tube from the outer
tube by forcefully, but carefully, withdrawing
the inner fork tube .

- Excessive force will damage the oil seal
and/ or the bushes. Damaged oil seal and
bushing must be replaced.
-Avoid bottoming the inner tube in the outer
tube during the above procedure, as the oil
lock piece will be damaged.

-Washer
